Director of Engineering Services at Stryker Endoscopy and serves as the Stryker global corporate leader in CAD and Configuration Management. He has guided the implemention PLM and Model Based Enterprise transitions throughout Stryker. Business process leader for product data and change management for 19 years. Over this time, has aggressively worked with cross-functional counterparts to utilize high degree of system integration and automation across the entire quality system. The Stryker Endoscopy PLM systems has experienced three major PLM evolutions and currently undergoing implementation of a global PLM solution (PTC) across the entire corporation. Stryker has become well accustomed to leveraging PLM configurability to drive continuous improvement in their business with data validation and process automations to improve overall team productivity. They have also established an environment that the ability to deploy integrated engineering tools (i.e. CAD) soon after newer versions become available as more a standard rather than the exception..
