IW226 - Team Building with an Eye Towards Diversity

Session Description

This session will be composed of two panels: The Importance of Male Allies: For gender inclusion programs to work, men need to be involved in the conversation. When it comes to male-dominated industries, male allies are a key factor in making sure organizations see progress in their D&I programs. During this session, panelists will discuss what men can do to help women at work and the key part they play in diverse cultures. Building Inclusive Teams (Panel) To be able to compete in today’s marketplace, companies need to learn how to build inclusive teams. Diverse and inclusive teams will ensure that you can create products or services which will speak to all your customers’ needs. In this panel, we will discuss the importance of inclusive teams, how to build them and their overall impact on business strategy.
